Beware of Scammers

If you receive an email in the name of our President, Prof Zhisheng Zheng, please check the sender’s address carefully before you reply.
 
The email possibly originated from scammers. The email may contain seemingly innocent questions intended to start a conversation, e.g., “May I ask you a question?” or “May I ask for your help in an urgent task?”.
 
Please ignore them, or verify with Prof Zhang directly through his authentic email that is already in your personal records.
 
Do NOT click any link embedded in the email purportedly sent in his name, or in the names of previous ASA Presidents.
