6th ASA Conference 2021 Kochi, India
The 6th Conference and Meeting of the Asian Society of Arachnology is jointly organised by Sacred Heart College and Devamatha College, both affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.
The ASA conferences are annual meetings of Asian and international arachnologists who are working on Asian and other regional arachnids. The conference is returning to India after 5 years (3rd Conference at Amaravati). We particularly welcome participation by students and academia members from all fields of arachnological research, such as taxonomy and systematics, evolutionary biology, behaviour, ecology, biogeography, physiology, developmental biology, molecular biology, conservation biology, and many others.
The ASA 2020 was scheduled for November 2020, after careful consideration and in response to the continuing developments surrounding COVID-19, the organisers of the ASA 2020 and the Asian Society of Arachnology (ASA) has decided to reschedule the event to December 20-23, 2021.
Proceedings of the conference will be published as a special edition of Entomon (Print ISSN: 0377-93350, indexed in Web of Science and UGC Care List) after the peer-review process.
